How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. Simply follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure and convenient transactions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at nea.m.barbu@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible.
Where do you ship and how long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nea.m.barbu@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or exchange.
Are your pet treats made with natural ingredients?
Yes! We prioritize high-quality, natural ingredients in all treats we carry. Our products are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives to ensure your pet gets the best.
